Improvised theatre is totally unscripted scene work and games. Through improv drills, you will learn to think fast on your feet, respond instead of react, be in the present and experience the magic of Yes, and! Who said yoga and meditation is the only way to be mentally and physically agile? With improv you can learn and experience presence, better communication, playfulness, community, creativity and more.
